Something is wrong with the Ahri nerf on PBE
They are releasing a new skin. They won't make money. That's not how it work.

That's because Ahri gets nerfs when she gets skins, usually before their release. It's the reverse of everyone else: if she gets a skin, she gets nerfed, without fail.
SG? -10% ratio on W and R
Arcade? Charm doesn't stop dashes
Challenger and Academy? Everything in her kit was nerfed that year after the 5.2 incident.
Honorable mention: got buffed once season 4, no nerfs, no skins
Popstar? All damage lowered, funneled into original Charm amp, along with other nerfs
Before that patch notes become a mess, but Foxfire landed between two nerfs to her Ultimate cooldown.
Dynasty and Midnight were release skins, which clearly means she was a monster during internal testing.
Since she's probably getting the leaked skin in a month or so, and these nerfs will hit in two weeks, we're exactly on schedule.
