Start them off as worthless peasants and as they gain gold and kills they scale up into God Kings... So each team can see how useless each one is.

Might be good idea for someone like YI or Yasuo. They start with wooden sticks and rags instead of armor. And as they gain gold/kills they transform into korean RPG characters.
