Honestly, as a jungle main, anyone that does shit like this can go die in a hole. Smiting baron when the enemy team is positioned for a steal is virtually a 50/50 chance of success. Another thing, if the enemy jungler is ahead of your jungler in level, HIS SMITE DEALS MORE DAMAGE, meaning it will be easier for him to steal baron. If this is the case, and you still attempt baron without ward coverage or at least knowing where the enemy jungler is (ie dead, etc) then it is not the jungler who is at fault.
