he is a noob trab, he seems quite simple and like he wreaks everything.
But the truth is, he is easy to stop early and you have to know exactly what you are doing (or be lucky) in order to get to the point.

this guy...i mean he is still really buggy, his ultimate only works a third of that time
People used to say before their reworks that

were the hardest champs, but I don't know. They both have really good damage and I don't think their skills are THAT hard to land.
he just frankly seems like a hard champ to play
