Why would anyone want a cigar that has been damned by god? Why not give graves a regular cigar? Nobody wants a damned one.

So unless Graves is smoking lollipops I doubt Riot would give him back his tobacco.

But really, the reason why they took the cigar away from Graves was that he has absolutely nothing to do with them in the first place, besides a skin that is seen smoking, and ofc A New Dawn portrayed him with one.

Graves was originally designed without the cigar in place, that's why they only removed it from his Classic.
