Yeah Annie stun has 4 stacks and Kled W empowers his next 4 autos. So Jhin would like them.

Vi, vayne, and Gnar might trigger him, but I have no idea why he listed 2 more champs that actually have 4 in their kit.

Trigger as in pull the trigger. He's inside of his ultimate. Like noone makes an actual trigger joke..
