This Item has been reworked 3 times already, in terms of items that's a lot of change.
And even before that it was called Stark's Fervor, and gave an attack speed aura for allies while reducing armor of nearby enemies. One more iteration to the count. Damn, now I feel old for remembering that.
But... it's Zeke's Convergence.
I thought

devourer, feral flare, bloodrazor, wriggle's lantern, I feel like I'm missing something.
meanwhile, the item that should be the Ryze in item form, 
, remains untouched outside of build path (and as a result, passives and base stats)
I'm only now realizing it has old DFG in it's icon.

More like the Taric of items reworked once for being too strong then reworked for being unpopular to being useless versus anyone who reads patch notes.
