when her Silve Bolts got buffed, AGAIN.

getting a buff, but I don't see her enough in matches to know if it's needed or not.
CasterGilgamesh1 votesAssassins are pretty weak this season so I'm not surprised riot buffs a few adc's are harder to kill and tanks are harder to get past plus armor pen is weaker so now ad assassins are weaker Leblanc does need buffs but not damage buffs which riot is trying to do
