I have spare IP, but 6300 is too much to throw away, plus the cost of the actual runes themselves...

I'd rather buy a champion since I don't even own half of them. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHO TO BUY... ;-;

Easy, buy all the 450 ip champions first so you have one for each role. Then... Idk... Buy Urgot bebecause he doesn't fit anywhere?

I mean, I already have all the champions I like (mainly Lux, Orianna, Morgana...). The rest don't interest me that much xD

Have you tried Zilean? Since you seem to be a fan of mid/support mages, Zilean might be a good pick for you. Also it's not too hard to get an S with him because nobody cares about old guys. But his ultimate can bring people back to life and that's a major plus against guys like Zed.
