I personally like new goth annie. It actually makes me want the skin as opposed to the old splash.
You're one of the minority then. Basically the whole Boards and some of Reddit was filled with complaints about the reasoning behind this change. I don't like the new one either to be honest.
Maybe. I just find it more charming than this one of a little girl crying with mascara running down her face. It's more eerie and alluring to have her giving this grim smile while raising the dark plush with her burning magic, clearly planning something for someone who has wronged her, while this old one just seems to be a dark girl sitting around upset because someone made fun of her edgelord look and wants to kill them.
If you focus on her face a lot it can seem like it's a misterious smile yeah. But from a distance or at a glance, it definetly looks just like some happy girl playing with her toys.
The "edgy" previous one was the whole point. Goth is pretty edgy to be fair and it is usually associated with inner anger and how to "blow out some steam" through...certain themes obviously but i'm not gonna go into details now.
The last sentence supports that that's the point.
But is it a fun point? It's just like every other goth thing ever made, and lack originality. The new splash has a fresh take on the goth idea, playing more to the darkness as opposed to the inner anger, something that isn't exclusive to goths and usually doesn't involve demon plushies.
If you think misterious smirks in something original to Annie, you don't even have to look past her Classic skin.
The classic skin that shows her frowning?
Her whole theme is "Dark Child". So yeah.
No. Incorrect way to reply.
You need to tell them how opinions can be wrong, and they have an incorrect opinion.
How I wish summon WW is her ult....
I don't notice a difference
