I have a question about one of Soraka's skins....
Why can a goat wear makeup and have a D-size while Graves cant have his fucking cigar and Aatrox cant get a damn rework?

Nothing is stopping Riot from making a skin where Graves has a cigar.
Soraka's skins have no impact on Aatrox getting a rework either.
