Actually, that is pretty easy to do on certain spells. E is all but impossible to land if the intended target is directly on top of you. QWQ combo is unlikely to stun them, as a lot of the time one bomb sticks to you while the other sticks to the enemy Q can be juked just as easily at point blank as anywhere in his range.
