Katarina is balanced.

She is the only champ that still does easy penta after nerf. Man she need an untargetted close gap without damage reducion, more skillshot and a way to go out of resources. Every game katarina does something like double damage compared to other, and now someone can tell me: hey dude, she was fed. The problem is that even in the other team there was a katarina and she did the same damage of the other katarina. In the end of the game the only 2 player who had fun, was who had katarina. Resets must have a limit beacuse this together with a targetted close-gap without animation make the easiest penta of the game

She also has no stealth, no CC, and no untargetability. A great way to avoid heavy damage from her R is to simply turn around and walk away once she starts spinning.
