Take any champion prominent on the LCS scene this season, and nerf/change one thing about one skill that you think would drop it down from a top tier pick. Try not to name something someone else named. It can be your favorite champion or your most hated, doesn't matter as long as it's being played in LCS. I'll begin;
Janna: Howling Gale - Janna now must stay in place and channel to increase the storm's size, rather than it growing on its own.

If death sentence misses it costs a portion of Thresh's health.
ModAttysu The Poro1 votesJanna's q no longer knocks up, only slows.
Nunu's ult now takes 10 seconds to channel
Cassiopeia no longer has poison reset.

Change, not gut.

I apologize. I hate those champs so I went a lil too far. :P

Actually to be honest, I don't even know if that's a nerf or a buff. I'd actually kind of welcome the change considering I like playing Mini Gnar a lot more than Mega.

Windwall instead of infinitely blocking any projectile til it wears off only blocks x amount before breaking. IE 1 at first rank, 5+ at max
All abilities cost health instead of mana, hurts him for mindlessly throwing hooks til one lands.
Towers still hit Fizz while on Trollpole. That way tower diving actually still actually threatens him.
Abilities cost Energy instead of resourceless. No more spamming abilities mindlessly. Also make Ult cost energy twice, once to activate for the steriod boost, another to shoot execute.
