Back in the old days, when you accidentally ignited a minion and the enemy laner didn't seem to notice yet, you quickly kill that minion before anyone notices.
I have flashed so many times. Certain games I play rotate the camera with the wasd keys and I keep trying to rotate my view.

This happened to an ally in spawn once. He responds by saying:

Also when you fail a gank as 
Had a twitch game where I meant to flash in a bush, but I flashed into the enemy tank instead. Oh boy was that embarassing.
Press F to dance. Admit it. We've all fallen for it atleast once.

It's much better when you're guarding against an invade in the first minute and a half of the game and miss your flash... Because it's on 'D' and you bound laugh to 'S'... but no-one's at that entry so it's k.

Bind your Flash to F and it'll happen a lot less.

More like when you misclick any summoner spell and waste it.
More like what happens when I see a player misclick flash.I don't type anything because it didn't happen.

In Diablo 3, I have R bound as "move to cursor location without attacking."
This causes problems when I go from D3 to League.
