why? doesnt nasus already have a low Q cooldown when you have 40% cdr?

That's fucking disgusting and I hope it never comes through. It's already bad enough having a quarter of my health chunked by an ability with a cd of 4 seconds at rank 5, that gains damage through csing. His ult already gives him a DoT around him and a ton of health, there is absolutely no point to this buff. As for the E buff, makes sense I guess since that ability is borderline useless
