Quote his post, you'll see the magic.

Basically they create a link to the image with an empty text area. The preview sees that image URL first and uses it for the preview.

my team is always 4 dinklebergs and me. sometimes dinkleberg 1 cs's worse than Timmy's dad (Me the jungler), dinkleberg 2 and 3 are toxic feeders, and dinkleberg 4 is the autofilled support. How amazing is that! Best 1v9 NA!
