i dont understand why kha or rengar or even yi get heals somewhere in their kits when they are assassins

for ekko its more thematic and in all fairness riot didnt think people would break him by going tank.Fiora really isnt an assassin as she is more of a Melee Adc or i guess a very light fighter meant to openly fight champion as opposed to killing a champion before they can react like an assassin.

Thematic sure but still painful to fight any decent ekko player regardless if they go tank or not; though he's not the only champion I know like this. Fiora (& yasou) I'm aware are labeled 'fighters', but with their mobility & burst damage reaching the levels of zed. Most players just run them around the edge of teamfights to pick off someone then flee if they get low. They may as well be assassins considering that's often how they're played. Similar with quin, who I'd say is a ranged assassin given how she's played & built.

they are jungle assassins and need the sustain. yi loses an ability for it, rengar w is not great and the heal is rather small and kha has the weakest heal and he has to use his w in melee range
