I can't take this game seriously before Windwall doesn't block Tidal Wave anymore. Not pulling a pin isn't a serious offense compared to not in the slightest obeying the laws of physics.
I don't care what the rotational windspeed is to keep doing what it does - it may be able to deflect bullets and even missiles, but the sheer mass of water, even before adding the extra force gained by its momentum...
Well, technically, it's not a grenade. It's a shell from his shoulder cannon thing that he ejects onto people. And they're, you know, magic.
So he's basically just shooting a magical bullet at a really low velocity, making it bounce.
