He gets health for his bonus mana and mana for his bonus health. Rod of Ages is a pretty decent buy on him. And most mana/AP items help him get tankier.

This is only if I remember my Singed right, I haven't played my Singed account in a very long time.

He only gets health from his bonus mana. Though, it would might actually be somewhat useful if he also got mana from bonus health.

His passive needs a change, it's terrible. Singed doesn't even need to build mana, as the only time you'll even have problems with it is early game, and you can easily get rid of the issue by buying two Doran's rings.

That said, RoA's recent changes have made it alright on him against certain teams. And Dark Seal makes a better starting item than Doran's Rings these days. I dunno if the mage update changes to it will affect him too much, he may just go back to ignoring it.

I can't take this game seriously before Windwall doesn't block Tidal Wave anymore. Not pulling a pin isn't a serious offense compared to not in the slightest obeying the laws of physics.

I don't care what the rotational windspeed is to keep doing what it does - it may be able to deflect bullets and even missiles, but the sheer mass of water, even before adding the extra force gained by its momentum...

Well a strong enough wind current could technically dissipate a tidal wave.

Personally I think the best compromise would be that they combine to form a giant hurricane that damages both teams.

the speed and air pressure required for wind to actually stop a tidal wave in it's tracks would probably have to be so high that it would create a radiative heat flux when interacting with the ambient air that isn't part of the wall (if his windwall was so strong that it caused the air around it to catch on fire due to the friction between the air particles, then maybe it'd reach a high enough power to be able to block the inertia of a small tidal wave) but then again logic and league were never meant to be together :D
