about the cosplay thing... just go buy a grim reaper costume this halloween or a white ghost outfit or a pope outfit and dye it red. paint your face like a green skeleton and everyone will be able to tell what you're trying to pull off. at most you'll spend 20 bucks
anything fancier will require lots and lots of craft materials.
