Playing drunk is not against the rules, so no, he won't.

If he consistently plays poorly for any reason (including being inebriated), he will lose rank and fall in ranking.

Intentionally feeding is against the rules and get you punished.

Being drunk is not the same as intentionally feeding.

In both of them he's contrary to the op opinion. Who do you think he is?
