I think not... I mean, everything so far is fine, the E is sketchy but there is some stuff about it that makes it counterable. And you can play with or around her q, as well as staying the heck away from her w when it latches on to someone. However, the Ultimate's range should NOT be global, my guess is it should be as long as lux's or jhin's ult if you want a long range laser-blast. Also, its warning is pretty short lived, most players wouldn't have enough time to react unless they had flash or are currently dashing.
The difference with pyke is, a lot of stuff about him is an issues. His q pull is a pull... we all know the story and power of pulls in league. The slow from his q is very strong which already sets up his E's stun. His ult scaling with lethality (adding to the threshold of the execute) He has an execute that can hit more than 1 person. He has the "your cut" thing, which he gets Double Gold right now. His recover, sure its nerfed, but that is just making his recovery still as strong as it was during his release. He is also more slippery than a wet ferret.
