I'll admit, in NO WAY did KhaZix NEED this buff, however, you can't cry winrates for Tahm and then ignore KhaZ similar stats.
Win rates are rarely good evidence for anything in a vacuum. There are always complicating factors.
As LS put it, kha is a champ that punishes bad players more then good ones, he is the "isolation" champion, which in higher elo basically translates to "misposition and die" champ.
Since his R got switched back, they kinda hurt his effectiveness.
What I DO NOT agree with though is the double ratio on his passive, that IMO was too much... kha'zix should actually steer away from more damage on his passive and be given more to his unisolated Q or his W for efficency in all elos. Buffing his passive makes his one shot auto attack in his duskblade+dark harvest even more appualing and as a kha main, that's not the version of kha'zix i find fair to play or play against, Q with E resets for play making is fine with R outplaying, autos that do it all doesn't offer much counterplay or room to flex his skill.
I was fine with the W buff and thought people were just being dumb complaining about kha getting buffed, but I can see a bit of ranting regarding the passive buff, not just because "kha is being buffed" thats stupid, but because that's not the direction kha'zix should be going.

The stats really aren't as similar as you're making them out to be.
ya know how tahms win ratio was lower and he got a nerf? saying that its unjustified to nerf a 47% champ doesn't equate to saying that similar win rate champs should be buffed. fuck tahm though he deserves all the shit he gets.
I agreed people need to stop using winrate to justify a champion being good or bad like why cant people just talk about the actual champion.

The point I'm making isn't about Kha'Zix or Tahm. I'm saying that you can't use winrates to decide that one champ is bad and then ignore another champion's similar winrate and say he's "in a good place". Also, winrates can't be used as a "champ is goor" or "champ is bad". Winrates have SOOO much more going into them than just numbers on a champs kit.
Kench should have a 48% win rate top, he is a support.
