riot tries to reply to their customers promptly. just because they are trying to buy something doesn't make them more or less of their customer.

but why wouldn't a COMPANY take payment issues as a higher priority? for the employees to get paid the company must get paid

Hey riot, i received death threats in one game i played, got like 50 games recently where i had intentional feeders, players that stole my buffs and then walked down mid and got killed by the enemy without doing anything and since 3 years my teammates are intentionally losing just to piss me off and flame me: an horde of redditors that enjoy knowing that their girlfriend is cheating on them and underaged squealing kids off their meds starts insulting and harassing me, if i try to give a comeback i get banned.

Hey riot somebody told me i suck ass in a game where i went 0/21/4 and i'm stupid, i feel triggered and i broke on the floor my iPhone to make a scene: 10 rioters replies.

I might be wrong but...

Rioters can't just post whenever they feel like it. Their mere presence can disrupt and derail the discussion, and oftentimes they post as the players they are because they are interested in the discussion, and they often don't comment because they don't have the expertise and authority to answer appropriately. The best way to get in contact with a Riot that is able to do something is by submitting a ticket.

I was just saying, i have absolutely no interest to talk with a rioter. It was just to highlight the double standards/hypocrisy riot is master in the field. I also don't even care about a premade of 4 16 years old that managed to sneak one more game before dinner with their mom's permission that tell me they're gonna find me and kill me, this is watered down for me, back in my days we said, much much worse. (they also inted for 40 mins straight and the enemy team was stupid enough to not close the game so i got stuck for 40 mins with that fiesta but whatever.)
