Um ... either the timer is wrong, or the Rioter traveled backwards through time to reply before the question was posted.
That's their highest priority. They are a company, after all. The product is a means to an end.
Hey riot, i received death threats in one game i played, got like 50 games recently where i had intentional feeders, players that stole my buffs and then walked down mid and got killed by the enemy without doing anything and since 3 years my teammates are intentionally losing just to piss me off and flame me: an horde of redditors that enjoy knowing that their girlfriend is cheating on them and underaged squealing kids off their meds starts insulting and harassing me, if i try to give a comeback i get banned.
Hey riot somebody told me i suck ass in a game where i went 0/21/4 and i'm stupid, i feel triggered and i broke on the floor my iPhone to make a scene: 10 rioters replies.

riot tries to reply to their customers promptly. just because they are trying to buy something doesn't make them more or less of their customer.
but why wouldn't a COMPANY take payment issues as a higher priority? for the employees to get paid the company must get paid
