MonkeyKing empowered attack nerf: Q now does nothing when blinded (applied to most/all Empowered attacks)

decoy buff: now shows red and blue buffs (applied to all decoy ablilites)

Not when he has like 3 early game kills and his armor and health is so high u cant see the hundreds anymore. literally i was Vayne... the Godess of kiting but still i died bcuz he has a gap closer silence and his spin does insane damage, plus if u are his villain, you take extra damage

yeah so? vayne has tons of self peel if you died to garen you deserved it
