It's really crazy i had double the ping. I usually have 45 ping but today i had like 96...

Honestly, it's very interesting.

The thing is it isn't the server itself, but the routing to it. Mainly Telia being shit.

On the other hand of all online games I play and other services I use, it only affects LoL.

Also, I'm on EUNE. It's been nearly unplayable for over a year, due to packet loss happening right before the server (way outside of my ISP's jurisdiction).

So Riot, when can EU get their free transfer to NA? I'd rather play on a server with 180 ping than don't play at all due to your massive problems with the EU servers.
