That comp is pretty horrible.

No AoE CC, no poke, no mega tank, very little wave clear.

Doesn't Matter, When an invincible Irelia or Katarina come in and kill 3 of your guys under tower and get out alive they'll have all the time to farm

Alistar presses W or Q. Person is rooted by Maokai who gives -20% damage taken aura to team. Varus/Lux huge AoE poke and wave clear.

Galio prevents any large scale team dives by pressing R, W's whoever is being focused on his team. Varus ult also dissuades team wide diving. Lux AoE shields team to reduce poke and prevent burst.

Alistar spams E to heal off minor poke on his team.

Katarina is best on teams that can set up people for resets, either with secondary high damage burst threats, or AoE damage/cc ultimates. She also suffers against tanks.
