On the rare occasion that I play Yi, I never really get my E until everything else is in the bag. He does considerable enough damage as it is and ranking up his W is crucial to early jungle sustain and combat survival.
To be fair, Fiora's is far more controlled and less consistent.
you have a passive that lets you deal %max hp true damage that scales with attack damage and also heals you while granting you 50% move speed
and that's just the passive, fiora is the new standard for an overloaded kit
