Finding the Morellonomicon

So I had an idea for a little experiment.

You're walking into your room one night and on your desk you find a strange book. The title reads "Morellonomicon" and at first you think one of your buddies is playing a prank on you. As you look inside the book, however, you feel a strange power and realize that this tome will actually give you the power to change League however you wish. There are 3 spells you can choose from, but after you make your choice, the book will disappear forever. Choose wisely:

Rite of Creation: Any champion, skin, item, icon, or ward skin you can think of will be created. In the case of champions and items, they're still subject to Riot's balancing and are not immune to reworks if your chosen kit or stats are fundamentally broken. In the case of cosmetic creations, you do not get them for free. You must pay the same as everyone else.

Curse of Destruction: Any champion, skin, or item you choose is deleted from the game forever. (inb4 9001 people choose to delete Teemo)

Ritual of Resurrection: Any scrapped champion or skin concept or any deleted item is brought back permanently with its stats from the last patch it was available. (inb4 9001 people choose to resurrect Heart of Gold)
