I look at WK Nid's splash art and I'm like "WOW"...

but then I look at French Maid Nid's splash art and I'm like "...wow".

How about.... Pharoah Nid.
I think Riot's stated time and again that they simply aren't going to replace those old skin splash arts because it's too time-consuming to make new ones when they have to prioritize new skins.
Best thing I can suggest is using mods, but those are a "use at your own risk" thing.
