When the all the Chamions in game have a Skin

I like Bard's base skin a lot more than his Elderwood. Only thing I don't like is that it's way easier to see your Shrines mature at 10 seconds with the Elderwood skin.

I'ma be honest, I like several base skins more than any of their counterparts. Morde, Maokai, Nami, Bard, Azir, Velkoz, and Elise come most immediately to mind.
