thats impossible. if you didn't play ranked you'd be silver. Since thats where you start. 1,200 mmr. You have to play ranked and then lose a shitload to drop below that.

To put it into perspect you gain or lose around 10-40 mmr a game The average is around 20-25 mmr a game assuming theres no bullshit like some guy whos boosting or something or somehow paired with you that ruins the average mmr of the entire group of 10 players in your game.. then its fine and the average is right.

So basically... you lost.. well actually idk what b5 is in mmr maybe... 500?

Lets 500. So basically you had to lose 700 mmr from starting point. To get there.

Honestly if I was anyone who fucked up that badly. I'd completely remake an account and start again. I would drop your account immediately lol. Until riot hard resets a servers mmr (which has never been done to date... I wish they would honestly but thats beside the point) You will always be under 1k mmr even if you win all 10 placements because your mmr last season was low enough to justify you being placed back into bronze again.

for someone like me who's 2.4k+ mmr at the end of the seasopn every year even if I drop 4-6 placements I STILL get plat 1 (the highest possible placement in the beginning of a season) Basically means borderline diamond. Just a hop and a skip away. less than 7 games at most.

but yeah... honestly I'd restart lol even in season 1 I still managed to get to low plat despite knowing next to nothing about meta. I just played alot of adc as MF and support as alistar and called bot every game until 2k+ mmr and then just stopped playing. Or I played jungle and did w/e I wanted because everything was viable in s1/s2 so..

You don't start in Silver. I was placed in B5 from my provisionals due to the shenanigans of the "f them all" formula Riot uses.

So I'm fighting my way out of B5 and reporting all the trolls along the way. I've been chat banned DOZENS of times and two week banned already this season for fighting against the trolls, and Riot has no explanation other than "mute/block them" BUT YOU STILL GET PLACED WITH PEOPLE YOU'VE BLOCKED, so the whole game is f'd at this point.

tl'dr B5 is the reason people stop playing LoL

You're blaming riot when you know nothing of the actual forumla used or even what mmr = what visual elo

I can explain it if you stop filling your own head with this bullshit you think you know and start filling it with actual facts and logical solutions.

An unranked account from any season previous starts at 1,200 mmr. Where you go with this is based on your first 10 unranked games. You maxiimum possible placement would be low gold or high silver Your lowest would be high bronze or low silver. Your mmr would match this as well. this is roughly 1,000-1,400 mmr

IT takes a long time to earn mmr. The best way to gain mmr is to DODGE A MATCH THAT WILL RESULT IN A LOSS. there NO OTHER WAY to increas emmr better. You will lose visual but your MMR will sky rocket with a high win percentage. This will allow you to progress up tiers and divisions within 1-3 games per tier/division (not including games to complete promo) The only matches I suggest you never dodge are your beginning of season placement matches. The first 5 matches are a generalization of where you will end up (your placement matches) and this is the "hard" setting of your mmr. The last 5 are small tweaks on the area in your tier... (plat 5 or plat 1 basically)

I can continue to spell it all out if you ask the right questions and don't spew more bullshit at me and use a calm head. Instead of your worthless downvoting spree because you're angry someone didn't boost you past the mmr/elo you earned yourself.

tldr... but while you were spending days writing all that did you ever stop to think that not everyone gets placed where you did. Your initial placement is based on the 10 games you play. When I placed, I won 2 and got bronze 4. in summary: youre dumb. read books.

Your mmr carries between seasons there is a soft reset to high plat for everyone with 2k+ mmr

The soft reset generally drops you down to an area you where at or if you're above the max placement drops you to max placement. For you. You were bronze last season. It puts you in bronze. Exactly where in bronze is decided by you.

Or if you're in silver. But you had bronze MMR. you are placed in bronze MMR Winning all 10 placements will NOT put you back in silver.

Do NOT confuse visual elo with MMR. DO NOT. its NOT the same. never has been never will be.

If you would READ, he said that when YOU FIRST DO RANKED AND PLAY YOUR 10 PLACEMENTS, YOU DONT ALWAYS GET PUT IN SILVER. We're not talking about CARRYING OVER FROM LAST SEASON. Pls read. P.S. Put it in caps so you don't miss it ;)

That account was Bronze 3 MMR. It was there whole season. It had like 40% winrate after 50 games at the end of the season.
