...in the sexiness department!
The way Caitlyn looks makes no sense for a prim and proper sheriff. The way Ahri looks makes a ton of sense for a succubus.

Laughing Fish4 votesLess skin doesn't mean less sexy, it just means more proper. Take this design for example:

It is still very attractive, but her clothing is far more in line with piltover's society. Everyone else in piltover is pretty well covered up, and has the same basic look of of the metal shoulders and accessories, gear designs, and leather belts. Caitlyn should, imo, be updated to fit this look.
AFilthyCaitMain2 votesThe metal shoulder pads look out of place imo
Laughing Fish2 votesNot really, it is pretty common in Piltover: http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Camille_0.jpg http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Jayce_0.jpg http://na.leagueoflegends.com/sites/default/files/upload/art/bg_champion_vi_1920x1080.jpg
All of some kind of shoulder pads.
AFilthyCaitMain2 votesYeah but just they way these ones were drawn on Caitlyn look out of place. Maybe a different shoulder pad design would look better on her.
Brascus1 votesHer neck looks short xD
Valaran Nara1 votesI like your taste...
Kinda like chicken honestly; though, I prefer actual nuggets.
