There are other Kindred guys around Runterra. This is confirmed in the small lore in the champ profile. Plus that Kinderd are everywhere at the same time and can get to guys and one time if the one is facing his fate (so lamb takes care of him) and the other is fighting against it (so wolf takes care of him).
Now for the meme... Nope. They become like Yorick. Sad guys, talking to themselfs, wishing to have a rework and when finally they get one they start cring for a skin.
