Lance Paragon and Rogue... ?

I would like to ask a question to the Boards.

See, there's these skins that look exactly the same: Lance Paragon and Rogue.

To which champion do they belong too? I can't recognize the big robot with a menacing hook on his right arm.

I swear as I support main, I have looked at every single champion but I can't figure it out.
