Champion Idea: Bob, the Epitome of CertainlyT
As we know, CertainlyT is known for making very balanced and healthy champions, like Akali, Yasuo, Zoe, and Kalista. So I've gone ahead and decided to create the ultimate balanced champion.
Lore: Bob has a dark and mysterious past.
Okay, that's the lore. I know it's pretty long but it's worth reading. Now on to abilities.
Passive - Tons Of Damage
Every time Bob lands an ability or basic attack on an enemy, they get a stack of Tons Of Damage. At 3 stacks, the stacks are consumed, doing a hefty amount of percent max HP True Damage. No, there's no individual CD between when you can proc it, as that would be unbalanced and inhibiting.
Q - Dashing Strike
Bob dashes forwards, doing 3 hits and stunning the first enemy hit. The dash speed is increased by CDR. Each hit applies a stack of Tons of Damage. If Bob hits terrain, Bob deems the terrain unbalanced and obliterates it.
W - Black Hole
Bob creates a singularity at a target location, instakilling all minions caught in its gravity and suppressing all champions hit, doing massive damage and pulling them to the singularity. If it touches Yasuo's Windwall, the wall is destroyed. Thus, this is the game's first counter to Yasuo W.
E - Warp Speed
Bob enters Warp Speed, gaining 200/300/400/500/600 percent movement speed and gaining True True Stealth. True True Stealth hides Bob from everything, including towers, and does not break if he takes or deals damage. Bob can recast the ability early to exit Warp Speed, creating a shockwave that does massive damage and applies a knockup to all enemies hit.
R - Bob's Wrath
Bob teleports to the nearest enemy champion and suplexes them. If the enemy champion is below 101% max HP, it does 100% Max HP true damage. Bob is untargetable and invincible during ability use. If used on an enemy Ryze, they have a small chance to be reworked in order to be more balanced.
