Skarner needs a rework badly hes really bad rite now we need 2 fix him

his passive gives him armor becuase hes a bug so he needs lots of armor like it gives him armor for being places bugs will be and it increases if there are any bugs around okay

his q is a circle that you shoot out from your fists that deals a lot of damagfe really fast and has a short cooldown but costs a lot of mana like 20 mana becuz it cant be toob ad.

his w stuns u and slows u for 5 seconds but only if he hits u

his e is a dash that slows peoples that it hits and nocks u up if you get hit by it

his ult grabs some1 and drags them but he can grab more than 1 person now
