Blitz' hitbox is broken, it doesn't cover half the lane any more! I think Riot knows about this and called it a "fix".

If you check out the video above I posted you can see it still covers half a lane, sadly. Wish you could make jukes like this reliable against Blitzcrank (still don't find him an issue, but when this happens it is no fun).

if you turn back, his hook will fly still from his right arm, but, since he will be back turned, its going to move a teemo to the left as mirror image left = right and right = left

As a blitz main I can confirm it is slightly to the right ONLY AT THE START as you can position the hook to curve around minions directly in front of you but not directly in front of your target.
