My right arm is a lot stronger than my left.
But if we take a closer look, his right arm moves left when he fires his arm. Great tooltip Riot!

Whenever I do things like that, his hook magically magnetizes to me. Lol

Blitz' hitbox is broken, it doesn't cover half the lane any more! I think Riot knows about this and called it a "fix".

if you turn back, his hook will fly still from his right arm, but, since he will be back turned, its going to move a teemo to the left as mirror image left = right and right = left

here's another tip: The closer your mouse is to your champ, the faster you can turn. This makes it easier to dodge skillshots.

As a blitz main I can confirm it is slightly to the right ONLY AT THE START as you can position the hook to curve around minions directly in front of you but not directly in front of your target.
