This post hit way too close to home. I’ve tried to quite League a number of times, but for some reason I keep deciding to log back on. (I’ve been playing since season 4) This game is nothing less than an addiction and I can’t put my finger on the reason as to why it is so addicting.

Really miss when I was getting people to play this game, rather than ensuring that people who've quit stay gone.
I've been playing League since early 2010. _Name of my original account was Sir Hammerlock, which was permabanned in 2014. Name of my second account was Great Fox, which was permabanned in very early 2019. _ This is my third account. Still playing; though I've never played religiously. It's not an addiction, but rather League serves as an apt alternative to RTS games as currently it's quite a dead genre. However, I do expect WarCraft III: Reforged to steal me away from League for some time.
I don't think I'll truly ever quit playing League. Despite the community, despite my own passive-aggressive toxic ways; it's still a good game. No matter what changes are made, it's still the best MOBA out there hands down.
I have to admit, I will never understand why people complain so much. I have a very happy life and I'm still playing LoL with all the happiness in the world. as? Well simple I know how to separate my life from my entertainment [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]
If you want to continue to embitter your lives for a "Videogame" you are in all the right to do it , but please keep your complaints to yourselves. There are many of us who do not care a damn if you are happy playing or not. Do you want to leave it? then go and do what you want, but do not come to say "I want to quit, but I always come back" that only shows lack of maturity.(it had to be said and it was said)
Lol used to be my only game I spent most of the free time. However it changed in season 8 when this game was in fuckest state ever. I was so annoyed that I uninstalled the game and spent more free time with irl friends, found a proper job,met my first GF and lost my virginity. So dear balance team, I thank you very much for ruining this game. It helped me a lot in my life.
