i know we trying not to be toxic here so you didnt put it in the main post but im just putting out here that some one needs to scare the balance team into having some faith so they can fix these dam champions. At this point im pretty sure that U.S. league offices have a balance team but they arent allowed to make changes or even suggest them they just take directive from other regions.
