It's something I rarely buy on him actually. It gives his auto attacks more damage, but I rarely need more damage on Sion since my team is the damage.

My standard build kinda became item 3068 because it's basically a must on any tank tbh, I hate this item. item 3111 / item 3047 Boots. item 3025 Because it's great on Sion. item 3053 Because it's great on Sion. item 3065 Because Sion has some really high HP5 and uses Grasp. #Healing FTW item 3083 item 3075 item 3143 item 3026 item 3742 item 3102 Situationals. I could add some more items to the list. Not specifically in that order.

I usually build warmogs as my 5th item if the enemy team isn't magic heavy or ad heavy (so mix teams). Games rarely make it to my fifth, let alone sixth item.
