try Chogath support, it's fun, good at poke damage, has great sustain, has multiple crowd controls including a flash cancelling ability, empowered auto attacks that can hit half the screen, an ultimate that discourages any jungle ganks

yeah, he regains health and mana for killing minions or champions and his Q makes an excellent harass tool as all you have to do is make sure it's touching the minion you want dead XD

keep a item 3302 as starter and go into AP stuff like item 3027 but it requires a little bit of experimentation to find proper build order. Sometimes it's best to start tank and sometimes its best to go full AP mage on them
