Nasuani, the Curator of the Winter's Wrath.
Passive: Gain lifesteal, defenses, and slow resistance after damaging an enemy.
Siphoning Flail of the Northern Winds - Nasuani's next basic attack deals %health damage as magic damage. After this attack, or after a short delay, Nasuani swings his flail-cane around his head, dealing additional magic damage per second for its duration. Additionally, if Nasuani kills a unit with the initial strike, this ability's damage is permanently increased by 3.
Permawither - Nasuani's attacks and abilities passively apply a Withering Frost to enemies for 4 seconds. When activated, Permawither detonates on all enemies marked with Withering Frost, slowing their movement speed and attack speed. The slow increases over its duration.
Soul Assaulting Arctic Fire - Nasuani charges forward, knocking up anyone in his path. Upon colliding with an enemy champion, or at the end of of the charge, Nasuani knocks them up and leaves an Arctic Flame at his feet for five seconds. The flame deals magic damage over time and decreases enemies' armor as they stand in it.
Fury of the Glacial Prison: Nasuani empowers himself, gaining size, health and attack range for 15 seconds. Additionally, Nasuani shatters his ice, stunning enemies next to him. While empowered, Nasuani emits a slowing field around him, damage enemies for a percentage of their maximum health while gaining attack damage as he damages enemies.
