In an RPG setting, what would the best 4-man party setup be?

The Mage. Gonna be broken OP later in the game. I think he speaks for himself.
Shields, Full-Party Heals, boosting allies' stats, all around GREAT supportive character
The DPS Warrior. Bulkier than most, but still a damn powerhouse in terms of damage. Works great alongside Janna!
Tank? Damage that scales with health? That damage is AoE? Lockdown spells included? Even with relatively low mana costs? I'LL TAKE HER.
The party is gonna have to rely on items to revive fallen party members and single target heals, but the team itself would just be soooo strong.
And I swear the fact that the party is full-female and the "Mascot(yordle)" is a complete coincidence.
hmm...
"You can't get to us and we can attack over the walls lulz!"
This just has "hard to kill" written all over it.
And then there's the team that says "Go ahead, kill me, see how that works out."
Meanwhile these guys are out powerfarming and their clear times are amazing. Good luck catching up to their level.
Human Warrior. Two-handed Greatsword. Heavy Armor. Inspiring Presence.
Offensive Fighter/Assassin. Crescent Blade. Medium Armor. Lunar Energy-Infused Attacks.
Dark Ice Mage. Slows and Freezes enemies. Powerful Crowd-control abilities.
Human Fighter. Two-handed Warhammer / Energy Cannon. Medium Armor. Highly Versatile and Charismatic.

Human Monk. Master of Hand-to-Hand Combat. Heightened Senses due to Blindness.
Monstrous Human. Meat Cleaver. Throwing. High Health Regeneration.
Yordle Scientist/Mechanic. Vast array of High-Tech Gadgets and Weapons.
Gunslinger. Powerful Heavy Shotgun. Medium-Light Armor.
Hello their boss, how would you like to..........
Not be able to take any action for like the next 100 turns
the monkey king
the monk
the general
the pig demon...
oh wait... I'm thinking of journey to the west :P
Mage
Warrior
Tank
Rogue
Basically the 4 horsemen of Apocalypse
Soraka is not a good choice, because she has no out of combat healing to speak of - she can heal you, but only by hurting herself.
I'll go with...
For damage, debuffing enemies and protecting allies from debuffs, and with spell vamp to make her less reliant on the healer.
For damage against both single targets and mobs, and to draw aggro.
So we have someone who can take targets alive, as well as providing long ranged firepower.
For healing, buffs and debuffs and some nice big AoE.

The unkillables. I can't play an RPG normaly. I have to abuse of the glitches, it's stronger then me.

This team would wreck the DM's $#!t. Morde and Urgot are already a pain to kill and dish out damage like it's goin' out of style. Let them get backed by Nami stuns, knockups, and heals with Lulu shields. "Oh, fed Nasus? lol I'll polymorph you making your farm mean shite!" Morde hammers him to Valhalla. Insane utility, great survivability, good damage. Bring it random encounters.

Nautilus, when getting hit, will just make him laugh, that shield health is ridiculous.
Sona heals and empowers her team.
Shaco is the quintessential assassin. He can lower enemy accuracy with Poisonous Shivs, protect himself from attacks, then do massive damage on next strike, not to mention he can stab enemies in the back for a ton of damage.
Karma just uses empowered abilities for one-shots.
