No skin: 50/50 chance that they will be your worst nightmare and shit on you and your entire team...
...or spam E and kill themselves to a gank because they never played him before
High Noon: Typically the better Yasuos, actually know to weave in an auto before they ult
Project: Most likely got the skin when it came out. Usually terrible. Worse if they have the first strike border
Blood Moon: Expect them to go on full tilt if they die to their laner, or get ganked

To be honest, Project Yasuo is the most satisfying skin on Yasuo.

I got High Noon out of a chest, im a exception of the rule.
When I'm on a losing streak I play with project Yasuo, so my team knows I'll probably feed.

High noon is unfair. Pay to win skin. Definitely increases damage. Confirmed by top cancer mains. : ^)
