otherwise you now have a kill, or possibly a two or three, or maybe even four if they like quad-ganked bot lane or something. Especially when you're Rumble. Just set your ult as you're tp'ing, drop it immediately, run in with your flamespitter and E's on everyone and you basically instawin that fight unless you're a bunch of morons, like you're ADC running in melee range to AA... lol.
