The funny thing is, back in season 2 you were able to get your attack speed to over 3.00
I used to have a caitlyn build that attacked at roughly 3.32 attacks a second, and crit every hit. But then riot capped the attack speed to 2.50 and I've been living in slow land ever since T^T
