Whenever I use the lil devil skinhttp://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Teemo_14.jpg I try to get my score to 6 kills, 6 deaths, and 6 assists (6/6/6) and keep it there for as long as possible.

If you're a teemo main who has also tried this, then holy shit you were hard to find! and if you haven't, I challenge you to do it!
