If kill stealing is a dirty concept, then why is it sometimes referred to as cleaning up?

KS is just a fancy term for adcs pissed they can't outdamage the last tick of ignite.
Because someone has to mop up the blood before Vlad has an orgy on it.
Enemy escapes and support Thresh picks it up that otherwise would not be savaged vs mid laner having the 100% potential of killing the target but someone takes it.
