And didn't some Rioter say pretty recently that they don't balance champions based on lcs games?

Gragas was my favorite tank jungler, and they have hurt him so badly with that nerf. Saintvicious said in his patch notes he's pretty much gone now. Not going to see play any more. It's possible. That was a HUGE nerf.

Riot rarely does their nerfs gently. It's oftentimes a champion killer. This nerf to Gragas is too severe.
